We rigorously screen and vet all potential Care Assistants against strict criteria to ensure their suitability for the role. Only those applicants who can evidence the appropriate qualifications and experience , while being able to demonstrate that they have the character, qualities and capabilities to become an Aaron Court Care Assistant, are offered the position.
All staff undergo a rigorous set of employment checks and receive on-going on the job training to ensure they have the appropriate skills to deliver your care.
We encourage all our staff to attain recognised care qualifications such as the NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care. All our Senior staff attain Level 3 NVQs in Health and Social Care and fully trained in medication administration before appointment to this level.
