Finding the right team to deliver your care needs for you is the key to the success of our service and to your happiness. We take care to ensure that we select individuals who understand our approach to your care and who can meet your expectations

We rigorously screen and vet all potential Care Assistants against strict criteria to ensure their suitability for the role. Only those applicants who can evidence the appropriate qualifications and experience , while being able to demonstrate that they have the character, qualities and capabilities to become an Aaron Court Care Assistant, are offered the position.

All staff undergo a rigorous set of employment checks and receive on-going on the job training to ensure they have the appropriate skills to deliver your care.

We encourage all our staff to attain recognised care qualifications such as the NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care. All our Senior staff attain Level 3 NVQs in Health and Social Care and fully trained in medication administration before appointment to this level.
